My specialties include working with Sellers and Buyers, managing a transaction efficiently from start to finish, Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, I love to work with Veterans, renovation projects and in certain markets successfully negotiating short sales. I also specialize in marketing, social media, and enhanced home exposure to ensure the homes I sell receive maximum visibility and attract strong buyers. In addition, I manage a dedicated team to ensure every detail is handled efficiently and with the highest level of care. I truly enjoy working with all types of people and personalities and strive to make every experience positive, empowering, and stress-free.
